Project Scope:

Fiserv is a leading global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. The firm tapped G&G Outfitters to create a gift that successfully conveyed their gratitude to their employees.

Challenge:

Fiserv challenged G&G Outfitters to create a unique item that was personal and professional with a high perceived value. Also, all of the items needed to arrive at different locations in excellent condition in a timely manner.

G&G's Solution:

Our product development team created a gift set that included a photo frame with a set of coasters. The coasters were done in Fiserv orange, while the frame was done in a complementary gray color from the Fiserv pallet, so as to be well suited for use in the home. Fiserv wanted to include its message of thanks inside the photo frame, which G&G was able to accommodate. G&G used a preferred box supplier to create a custom box, the thank-you note, and belly band. The pieces were assembled at the production factory and packed with foam padding around all sides to prevent any damage to the gift boxes during shipping.
